Job Summary
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Assist with opportunity/quote creation & management
- Validate data accuracy across various systems
- Coordinate & communicate with Sales Reps, Sales Ops, Finance & Customers through various sales activities
- Review & modify data sets in Microsoft Excel
- Document & communicate customer & sales challenges on a regular basis
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the sales teams
- Maintain and manage data accuracy and data processes to support the sales and quoting teams
Qualification requirements
- 1-2 yrs previous telecom experience preferred or other communication technology space
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills with focus on excel
- Salesforce.com experience preferred
