Everything. Telephony, voicemail, chat, voicemail to email, even cloud collaboration services like webinar, meetings, audio and video conferencing, and screen share. Additionally, all of these services are tied to a user who is physically in an office environment, remote, mobile, or all of the above.
All of the communication tools are accessible via a single application interface from any device. For PC/Mac users, the application is called newVoice Desktop. For mobile users who use iOS or Android devices, the application is called newVoice Mobile. From each application, the user has immediate access to all of these tools.
With NV UCaaS, you can click to dial from your MS Office suite as well as CRMs like Salesforce™ and Sugar™. Our application also integrates with cloud storage applications like OneDrive and Dropbox.
Our NV UCaaS suite is more than just a toolbox; it allows users to truly collaborate. Thanks to our MS Outlook integration, users can see other users’ presence status, whether they’re available or in a meeting. Your contacts are updated automatically across all your devices so you have easy access to everyone in your network, both in and outside your organization.
Our service is boiled down into three user type categories, and you select the category your users fall into. You then subscribe to the license monthly with the ability to mix and match all you want.
