California Teleconnect Fund
The California Teleconnect Fund (CTF) is a California Public Utilities Commission program that provides discounts on telecommunications services in California to certain eligible entities including healthcare institutions like hospitals, public schools, local libraries and community- based organizations (CBO’s). The CTF subsidies’ can be 50% or more of the monthly cost of the service. CTF can help an eligible entity upgrade its phone service or Internet access with little to no increase in existing costs. NHC posts its rates and retail tariffs in accordance with state law, which varies from state to state. For some states, NHC has provided its retail rates below. For some of these states, we have also provided the related terms and conditions. For other states, NHC has provided its retail tariffs below. For some of these states, the tariffs may also be found on the website of the State Regulatory Commission. For the final group of states, NHC retail tariffs may only be viewed on the website of the State Regulatory Commission.
